Moscow comes in at #29 while Pullman gets ranked #10 in the country, as the smartest city’s.  Luminosity recently conducted an extensive survey that ranked 478 U.S. cities by “average brain performance score” and found that Ithaca, New York is the brainiest city in the country.  Having two prominent universities near by certainly helps.  Find the FULL ARTICLE/LIST HERE
